Hey @g22 – Sorry to hear about the trouble! Have you tried to reach out to your host about the issue? Maybe they can help target the fault.
I had the plugin on another site on this same server. It seems like it’s not a server issue…
Hi @g22 Please deactivate all plugins besides Give. If it works as expected then re-activate each plugin one at a time until you see the problem again. Then let us know which plugin caused the error and we’ll dig into it.
You can do this safely now without affecting your live site visitors with the free Health Check plugin. See here:

If after deactivating all other plugins it still does not work correctly, then tell us where we can get a copy of your theme to test.

Hi @g22 — can you clarify exactly what you did and what you mean by “It’s not working”? If all plugins are deactivated and you are using a default theme (which is the state that the Health Check plugin puts your site in only for you) then Give should work exactly as intended.
I need to understand how to replicate your issue to help. Can you provide your System Info (Go to “Donations > Tools > System Info”)?
