    Hello, guys!

I’ve noticed that all our subscribers for blog.jelastic.com disappeared from the dashboard as well as all site statistics.

At first our blog was hosted at WordPress.com – jelastic.wordpress.com with mapping to blog.jelastic.com.

Few months ago we migrated our blog from WordPress.com to our own host. New self hosted blog domain is blog.jelastic.com. We’ve installed the jetpack plugin and authentificated with WordPress.com. All the stuff, including followers, was moved: http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/moving-followers-to-my-self-hosted-blog

We got an email from WordPress.com with the domain mapping upgrade request for blog.jelastic.com, but as I understood we don’t need this for self-hosted blog.

Later blog.jelastic.com was removed from the “Domains” tab and from billing history on jelastic.wordpress.com. After that jetpack plugin asked me reconnect to WordPress.com and than all statistics and subscribers disappeared from blog.jelastic.com dashboard.

Now I see two blogs with domain blog.jelastic.com on the http://wordpress.com/#!/my-blogs/ page.

Could you please help to find out the reason of such a strange behavior and to fix this?

    Looking forward for your reply!

    Jetpack Mechanic 🚀

With Jetpack, your stats information is connected to a unique blog ID. Sometimes, if a site owner was using a development site or a different address when they set up Jetpack, disconnecting may create a new blog ID. When this happens, it may appear that your stats were lost.

That’s what happened on your site; it previously used a different site URL, blog-new.jelastic.com.

I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.

    Thank you.
