Yep same issue with latest update. This update also changed some classes used so my temporary fix with CSS no longer works.
Welcome to PickPlugins Could you help use regenerate the issue, we have tested our plugin in our side this issue is not happening, also tested with Elementor, we noticed same thing happed for others use for Elementor, so it probably conflict with Elementor.
Please create a new page and paste the post grid Shortcodes in default Gutenberg editor or classic editor, let us know the result
Also try with
Settings > Enable post grid preview > No
Let me know the result.

I did also try the settings below, but same issue. This is with theme storefront.
Settings > Enable post grid preview > No
