Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
Oh man, I’m a total beginner, I have no clue how to do all of those things.. disabling plugins would that mean to deactivate website and build all again … there should be some info here for beginners…

Umm – no, it wouldn’t. These are only temporary changes.
There is no magic bullet in these situations, so you need to carry out some basic troubleshooting – a process of elimination deliberately designed to locate the root cause as quickly as possible by first removing the most obvious and common culprits via a series of (often) temporary steps.
Your theme & plugin settings are saved in your database and should be retained for future use.
Ok, but this happens only in rush hour from 12:00 noon till 18:00 it never happens outside this time range, can it be the server or something like that.
Andrew
Yes, it could well be an overloaded server. Have you spoken to your hosts about it?
Not yet… Ill try their customer service sucks (godaddy)
Ah… we do seem to see a lot of people on very slow servers with GoDaddy. Have you considered moving to a different hosting company?
not yet but if I continue to experience something like that I will move.. I wanted to host on wordpres itself and then I was told that then I cant use external templates so that destroyed the plan 🙂
