# Alipay problem

 * I am using the plugin and set to live mode, When I clicked the “Pay via Alipay”
   button and it can’t pay with alipay. In my Stripe account, Alipay is set to (
   live). Here are the error messages.

 * We checked in your site and as you can see in [screenshot](https://snag.gy/vtAFQR.jpg)
   it says that your Alipay live mode is still pending review. Please contact stripe
   [support](https://support.stripe.com/) to ensure that Alipay is active. It may
   take sometime to activate in some cases. The plugin will work once Alipay is 
   activated in Stripe.
