# Alinks Replacement

 * There is/was a great plug-in called Alinks that no longer seems to be supported
   by its developer. The plug-in allowed a blog master to program specific keywords
   and key phrases to link to specific URLS automatically. It saved the blog master
   tons of time because rather than manually adding internal and external links 
   to every new post, the plug-in automatically linked as many of the keywords as
   preferred to the urls already specified.
 * I am desperate to find a plug-in similar to Alinks and I am hoping that someone
   can recommend a plug in. Thanks in advance for your help and ideas! Noah 🙂

 * RE: CROSS-LINKER
    Thanks man, you’ve pointed me in a good direction for now –
   maybe even the ‘right’ direction – who knows 😉
 * Somehow my aLinks has gone berserk, even tho I’ve got the ‘good’ 2.02 version(
   an unofficial mod – [here](http://bugfox.net/blog/2008/11/14/alinks-20-bug-fixes/))
 * aLinks was better – I think – due to the ‘factories’ that allowed a bit more 
   flexibility.
 * However, Cross-Linker looks pretty good – but a techie interface will slow my
   learning-curve – as I need some quick solutions – WHICH IT HAS PROVIDED.
 * I just think it’ll be a while til I get the time to play with all the bells and
   whistles.
