 * I can make the questionnaires but because I used the option in general settings
   not load Javascript files in the foot or footer … can anyone help me, thank you
   very much!

 * I have seen how the plugin works and I’m excited. I would like someone help me
   solving the problem I have with the alignment of the questions and answers. Thanks
   to all who have already entered and tried unsuccessfully to see the problem. 
   Cheers and hope to use this great plugin soon.
