aligning image and text

    @astima

    For the life of me I do not know what I doing wrong and I’m sure it’s a simple fix but I just can’t see it. On this page:http://www.stimadesigns.com/hunterdondistributors/about-us/staff/

    I on the image to appear on the left and the text to appear to the right of the image. But for some reason the text keeps appearing below the image.

    I have the image set to float left. I have the image and text placed in a div with ID=top because I want to add additional text below the image where the other text is now. But first I want to get this text aligned properly.

    The h1 that follows the image is floated left. Since there is no room for it on the same level as the image, it goes to the next level down.

    But even if this were not the case, there is only a very small amount of space to the right of the image, so things will probably move down anyway, whatever you do.

    Cheers
