Align Center Vertically inside a table

    You aren’t using a table there? Align center only works inside of a table cell.

    If your working in columns then you can add padding to the top of you content using css.

    Yes. I am using a table. Can you give me the CSS code to use to add 10 px on the topo of the right cell?

    I’m staring at the code there is not table. You have columns no table.

    You can add space using a space shortcode, click the divider option in your shortcode generator button.
