Alex’s Dot CSS file

  • First, thank you alex. I don’t where lame people like myself would be w/out your hard work :-).
    Secondly, my problem is w/ configuring the blockquote. I deleted all instances of the blockquote in the css file and created a blockquote class w/ all my configs. This did not work. It only shifted the orange, left border for the content to the right.
    If anyone has a clue, give some ideas
    Thank you very much, guys.
    oh yeah, the site = http://lame.phatchicks.com

  • I suggest you do not consider it as a class. Use something like:
    blockquote {
    border-left: 5px solid #ccc;
    margin-left: 1.5em;
    padding-left: 5px;
    }
    not an id, not a class, I forgot this type (universal?)
    then use the usual tag for blockquote.
