 * Hi, could you tell me what the plugin is for sound alert?
    I use firefox and 
   it shows plugin missing but when I try to download it is saying not available.
   I need to be sound alerted for this to work. I am looking at purchasing but I
   need to know this feature will work.

 * Firefox requires a browser plugin (Made by them, we dont have control over this)
   to be installed sometimes to be able to play the audio notification that is played
   when a new chat is received on the agents side. The other browsers can normally
   play the sound without having to install a plugin etc.
 * A sound will be played when a new chat is received, but only if you are on the
   Live Chat tab. We are however working on improving this to play anywhere and 
   everywhere.
 * The basic version has the audio notification functionality 🙂
