I’m using the free version of WF and it’s up to date.
I have 2 valid email addresses listed in the “where to email alerts” field.
I have all alerts turned on and I tried 0 and 1 in the “Maximum email alerts to send per hour ” field. I’ve never received an alert.

I also have “Enable email summary” checked and it’s set to weekly. I’ve never received an email summary.

Here’s a screen shot of my Options page: ttp://screencast.com/t/3FEOMAIe

    Any suggestions??

Near the bottom of the Wordfence options page, can you try the “Send a test email from this WordPress server to an email address” option, to see if you can get a test message from Wordfence?

Make sure to check your spam or junk folder, in case the message was misidentified as spam. If it is shown as spam, your host may need to help make sure email can be delivered from your server.

If the test message does come through, then we will need to see why the email summary isn’t being sent on schedule. If you don’t see the test message either though, this document should help:
Emails are no longer being sent from Wordfence
