# Album Thumbnails

 * I have just installed NextGen Gallery. I have created Albums that holds galleries.
   When I put them on my page, they are all under each other in a long column. I
   would like for them to fit across the page in a grid fashion. How do I do this?

   would likely be helpful, but off the top of my head I would suggest using the
   NextGEN Basic Compact Album as its default layout is very similar to what you
   are describing.

 * i’m having the same problem, but with individual images. everything displays 
   in a list instead of a grid.

   provided is not resolving and the link in your menu does not appear to be a NextGEN
   Gallery Album display … unless you have modified the Extended Album layout.
 * A grid style layout should be able to be achieved if you use the NextGEN Basic
   Compact Album display … you will also most likely need to put all of your albums
   into another “parent” album then select the parent album to be displayed on that
   page.
