album sort order

    I know lot of people ask it, but i cant belive until now, no one has solved it because its very basic thing,
    i have something like 1000 galleries inside 30 albums, and i want that the order of the albums – not images! will be sorted by abc
    i searched all the web, apperently it was very easy before with changing some code in line but the upgrades (again) make it work other, but still the upgrades not include very basic stuff like search, paginiation, bulk upload and more.. im starting to lose my mind with nextgen, i spent to much hours using it to develop the site so i cant really just find something else

    @psycasso – Are you not able to sort the albums to your preferred order under Gallery > Manage Albums?

    I think I have the same issue…

    When I go to manage Albums and work on a single album, the list of galleries to the right are in ascending order, so I see hundreds of OLDER galleries and it is difficult to drag a newer gallery into the album.

    Is that what you are talking about psycasso?

    @drsceifers – That sort order is not currently addressable but if that is what you are looking to work with it would make for a great Feature Request here: http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/feature-voting/
