    Author’s note:

    After troubleshooting via email, the issue above appeared to be caused by use of a malformed album shortcode (marking this thread as resolved).

    For the community, there are three combinations of NextGEN shortcodes that will show an album…

    1. [album id=x]
    2. [album id=x template=compact]
    3. [album id=x template=extend]

    * where “x” equals your album ID number.
