Ajax searches not working after upgrade to 2.61

Hello,

after upgrading to v2.6.1 no ajax-searche-plugins are working anymore. I tried the woothemes premium plugin and the free yith ajax search plugin. Both plugins xhr requests return empty results.

I narrowed it down to the woocommerce-update by, installing my backup with wc2.5.5, deactivating all other plugins but woocommerce and the search itself and using the twentythirteen theme. Both search plugins work. After upgrading wc (and only wc) to 2.6.1., both plugins return empty results.

Has anyone else experienced this and maybe a hint, what might be going on here?
