Have you done any customizations with the wpDiscuz files?
If you have some cache plugin, delete the caches and check again.
On your website, the wpDiscuz comment form is loaded twice. This causes the issue.
First of all, please try to check on the post type. If it works, then the problem comes from the product pages.
In any case, this kind of issue is usually caused by either conflict with other plugins or the active theme.
Please deactivate the plugins/theme one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker one.
Keep the cache plugin (if you have) deactivated during this testing process.
Don’t forget to press Ctrl+F5(twice) on frontend each time before checking.
I created a dummy post page to see if the replies would work, and they did. So it does sound like the issue is with the product page. Any ideas of what the issue may be so I could try to resolve?
