AJAX load sub categories

    Great plugin!

    Working nicely on my site (2.3), was wondering if it s possible to load sub categories dynamically with AJAX, I currently have 4000+ categories/subs on my site and will be increasing that even further.

    Would be nice to only load whats needed as the user browses rather than have it all dumped at once.

    Surely this functionality could be utilized from the scriptaculous library somehow?
