Ajax "load more" function not working

    I have a theme which has a “load more” arrow button at the bottom of the posts. The button loads more posts, using Ajax, on the same screen, rather than loading page 2. However for a while now, the Ajax function is not working and instead the site loads page 2.

    I have not done anything out of the ordinary I think. I can only guess my theme my be out of date, and the version of Ajax is also out of date. But that is just a wild stab in the dark.

    Please note how it loads “Page 2”, rather than loading more posts in the same page.

    What is the name of the theme, and where did you get it from?

    Theme is called Simple Grid and it’s from these guys: http://dessign.net/
    I did make a child theme, but even if I revert to the parent theme it does not work properly.

    Ok, as that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
