Hi, we really like this plugin. We’re considering upgrading to the premium version.

The posts/pages on our website are loaded via ajax. There are no page refreshes that occur on our site. The content locker seems to only display when we refresh the page. Otherwise, when navigating between posts, the locker does not appear. The content is still visible unless the page is manually refreshed.

We have enabled the option “I use a dynamic theme”.

Can you help us get this plugin working with our ajax powered theme?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Thank you for using the Social Locker plugin.

Sure, I will be glad to assist you. Please show me any page where you put the locker shortcode.

Thank you for the super fast response.

We’re using the batch locker function, locking all content with the CSS class .dedo-container. This will lock the red download free mp3 button that you see on the page.

Not using any shortcode at this time.

    Thanks for the assistance!

Please remember that upon clicking the link we just gave you, the content locker will probably display since you went directly to the page. However, once you navigate to another product within our site, the content locker will not display, as the content is loaded via ajax.

    Thanks again.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the link.

I found that causes the issue. Unfortunately the CSS selector seems to be not compatible with dynamic themes. The shortcodes have to work without any problems.

We need to update the plugin to fix this bug. Please wait until we release a next version (probably within a week).

Ok, glad you at least found the issue. We’ll just have to wait on the fix – no worries. Assuming that this will work well with our theme, we’ll be happy to purchase the full version.

In the meantime, a workaround would be to manually place the shortcode on all products? This should work?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi,

Please try to install the latest version of the plugin (v.4.2.5). This issue has to be fixed now.
