• Hi,

I have read all the other threads focused on the link not appearing and the download not being attached to the email that’s sent when a user leverages a form built on this plugin. I’ve checked for all the obvious issues such as the lack of the wp_footer function in the footer.php file, and I can’t find anything wrong with my site that would prevent the Ajax portion of this plugin from running.

My site’s theme is custom. It was built based upon the Twenty Eleven theme. I have tested the plugin with a base installation of Twenty Eleven and it works just as advertised. I’ve tried disabling all of the plugins on my site except for the ones needed for Email Before Download. Still no luck. When I click the Send button on the form, a full page refresh occurs without me seeing the little swirly Ajax arrow box next to it indicating that the download link is being loaded. On my test site where it works, obviously the page does not refresh because of the Ajax kicking in.

Can anyone suggest other things I should check for that could be blocking Ajax from working on my site?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide.
