AJAX Form? Macro for return url?

    I am hoping to have all my pages cached, so doesn’t make sense to reload the page to give a result. So I have two questions:

    1. Do any macros get passed that I can re-use on a non-cached return page? Such as a shortcode or function to be the return message (on the page where the return url is).

    2. Or, even easier, is there a way to have this form work as AJAX and not reload the page? Any way to get AJAX working here?
