Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

And i just noticed yesterday, i believe it should be after i updated the plugin, can this be resolved as soon as today, or is there a way to roll back to previous plugin version?

However it has stopped working (display any results) completely.
Please provide a rollback-verseion, either as a direct download, or upload to the repository (so WP Rollback can be used).
Please do not postpone this, as our site is basically down without the plugin

I asked the same to the theme author and yesterday he published an update that solved the issue. Now it seems OK.

@kingkreg – Try to disable any CDN or lazy load image plugin you have. When product filter is applied, the source image is broken: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Blu511Dg
