Hi! I just downloaded your plugin a couple of days ago and as far as I can tell it is working well. I noticed that it had a “spam checker” available against all my older comments but when I try to run it, it stalls out part way through with an error message that says,

Ajax Error–Please check fo Java Script errors in your dash board & repair it.

I’ve gone to the dashboard but don’t see any place for Java Script Errors. Can you help?

    Hello,

Please, try it to install the new version: https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip
    It should be 5.68.2.

If it wouldn’t help, we need to debug it from your website.

No sorry. This is still not resolved. I was traveling over the weekend and did not get a chance to get back to you. I just did the update to 5.6.9 and it is still giving me the error when I try to check the comments for spam. What now?

Hi @serge00 Can you tell me where I might find a database like that? I do have RS System Diagnositic…is that helpful? Please let me know. I am also going through my plugins and attempting to clean them up.
