Are you referring to the free version of the plugin or the PRO version?
Usually, it’s a pathname problem. Try to use a pathname like /myadm and for ajax use /myajax

Of course we bought this plugin, PRO version.
We use nginx.
We’ve sent you an email.
So basically we are still facing this problem and the premium support doesn’t exist.
I warn everybody that paying for this plugin is not a good idea because the people working there totally ignore requests (we’ve sent 4 emails and 2 contact requests without any answers)
Further, the documentation is poor, we are facing this problem with nginx and no mention about it in their support.
Latest, it’s very weird that they don’t have a ticketing system to assist customers. It’s the first time I see it for a premium plugin. Probably this is the reason why they are not on themeforest.
The support exists during the week and we are now working on fixing your website. I emailed you back in Friday to ask you for the theme you are using. Did you get that email from me?
As we said in our refund policy: if we can’t make the plugin work on your website we will refund you so you don’t lose your money if you can’t use the plugin.
If we didn’t mention about the issue on our support website, it is because we didn’t have a client with this issue yet.
Please send me the theme you are using so I can test Hide My WP with the exact theme and see why the ajax is not working.
