• I’ve been using Ajax Lite for four years with the TwentyTen theme. It was working very well. A couple of days ago, the search box started disappearing 3 seconds after the page loaded. I have Elementor Version 3.1.4 and Google Analytics installed with Monster Insights. I see that this stylesheet is initially not found: GEThttps://balfourproject.org/bp/wp-content/plugins/responsive-twentyten/twentyten/style.css — although it is in fact present.

I’d be grateful for any ideas as to how I might fix this.

    Hi,

Thank you for the details, it helps a lot!

The issue is not related to that missing stylesheet. I checked the site source, and the plugin shortcode output seems to be outdated – it is not correct.

First, to make sure the plugin files are correctly updated, please uninstall the plugin and install again. Don’t worry, your settings will not be affected.

If that does not change anything, then it means, that somewhere the ouptupt is cached. Try locating the widget/module where the plugin shortcode was inserted, open it and save it again, that should refresh the shortcode output.

Finally, make sure to clear all layers of cache as a good measure.

    Best,
    Ernest M.
