    Hi,
I have a problem with Add To Cart button. When I click it, the “View cart” link appears, but it redirects me to order page, not to cart page as it should do. In WC advanced configuration tab I have properly set my cart page and my order page. How can I fix it programatically (I didn’t find the code responsible for AJAX button) or in the settings?
    Many thanks in advance!

    Hi @canismajor1911

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Can you also please check those pages to make sure the correct shortcodes are set?

    Hi @amandasjackson
    Thanks for reply!

Here is my System Status: https://pastebin.com/HLLM0nv7
    I use Polish version, I hope that’s not a problem. Koszyk=Cart, Zamówienie=Order.
On my Order page I have [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode, on the Cart page – [woocommerce_cart]

    Hi @canismajor1911

Thanks for the System Status Report. I was able to see the issue on the site that you are referring to, when I click view basket, I am redirected to the checkout page, rather than the cart.

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme, custom coding, or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
