airi theme setting cannot find server

    Hi I am trying to custumize the color of the dot on my theme. When I go to color options I get this and I have tried it in different browsers.
    Not Found
    The requested URL /wp-admin/customize.php was not found on this server.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @berfinataman,

    I am sorry for the delay in response.

    My guess, your current active plugins potentially cause that kind of trouble.

    Please try another test with all plugins disabled. To find out which specific plugin is the culprit, re-enable them one by one and run your test in each. To do these privately, you can enable troubleshooting mode with this plugin.

    I’d request giving it a try and let me know your views.

    Hi, Could it be anything else? I have tried it with everything deactivated but the same thing still happens.

    To check whether this issue is specific to Airi teme, try switching to one of default WordPress themes (like Twenty Twenty-One, that has customizer in it), and checking particular settings under Appearance > Customize. Don’t forget to always enable the troubleshooting mode.
