Hi @jherz,
Thanks for the details and I’m sorry you’re experiencing an error.
Could you please try another browser or use incognito/private mode?
Also, could you please check the browser console and share any errors that are displayed?
Here’s 3 different ways you can open the browser console –
1. In Windows, press the Control, Shift and I keys, or on Mac, press the Command, Option and I keys on your keyboard at the same time.
2. Press F12, or Function and F12, on your keyboard.
3. Right-click anywhere on the page in your browser and choose Inspect or Inspect Element from the popup menu
When you use one of the methods above, a panel will be displayed at the bottom of the browser. At the top of this panel will be some tabs, click on the tab called Console.
Finally, reload the page in your browser by clicking the Reload icon in the button bar, or by pressing Control, Shift and R in Windows or Command, Shift and R on Mac, and any errors will appear in red in the browser error console.
Thanks!

@subiewrx Thanks for your response. I tried in different browsers and tried in incognito mode, same issues, and no console errors. Please let me know if there is anything else I can try. Thanks for your assistance.

Hi @jherz,
Could you please try a default WordPress theme and also check your .htaccess file for any changes from the default settings?
Let me know what you find.
Thanks!
Hi @jherz,
We haven’t heard back from you in a week. I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
Thanks!
