 * Site updated automatically to WordPress 3.7.1
 * Now all in on is crashing, first under the widget:
 * Fatal error: Class ‘Ai1ec_Time_Utility’ not found in /home4/slowman/public_html/
   wp-content/themes-ai1ec/vortex/agenda-widget.php on line 20
 * Removed widget and went to calendar page and it is a mess too.
    Disabled plugin
   and page looks fine but I need a calendar.

 * Saw post where they downloaded directly from site, I did this, version 1.10.9
   looks like. Uninstalled all old stuff and installed new plugin and it is up and
   working again. Lost all the data I had in it though so that is a bummer but it
   is working.

 * I just ran into this as well and loosing all my data is not an option. Is there
   some way to upgrade this without a complete uninstall/reinstall?

 * I may have just found the answer. According to the manual upgrade instructions,
   you need to remove the uninstall.php before doing the upgrade to ensure that 
   the data is not removed (and of course, backup, backup, backup always). Here
