AI1EC new event = FTF undefined index line 226

    When creating a new All-in-One Event Calendar event, at the top of the admin window, just under the admin toolbar, shows text which references the FTF plugin:
    “Notice: Undefined index: ftf_open_type__nounce in ../htdocs/wp-content/plugins/facebook-thumb-fixer/_facebook-thumb-fixer.php on line 226”
