    Hi there,

    very nice plugin ! GG !

    I have created a Ai form and copied pasted the short code in my page. All works. However when i want to edit the AI form in back office i click on edit and nothing happen. I cant edit the form.

    Sometimes i can edit and sometime when i change something in the label it doesnt work anymore.

    I also seen an issue with the encoding like with the letter “é”. When i use this in the label field i have an issu in front office

    Hi, that message indicates that you created a form but did not add any fields. Can you pls add some fields and try again? pls share some screenshot of your form settings.

    According to the test i did the issue comes when i add a word with an accent exemple :

    l’exercice

    l’école

    ….

    Hi I released fix for this. Can you pls update your plugin to 1.5.66 and try again using same words?

    The bug is back, i cant click on edit bouton anymore.

    Also the form doesnt work anymore in front office.

    So sorry I must have missed your question.

    I just created a new form and I put “Quel est le niveau de l’élève” as label and my form did work.

    Could you please share with me all the details of your form?

    • A test url
    • Form properties (name etc..)
    • Prompt
    • Fields

    There is a contact us section in the plugin menu. You can use that. Please do not submit any sensitive information. I just need a publicly accessible test url to test your form.

    hi @senols thanks for the reply.

    I think the issue is still with the special character.

    My AI form was working. Until i added this character ” in the label field.

    Now i can edit the form anymore.

    Can you please fix this issue ? Thanks a lot.
