  • I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get rid of the bullets on the archives and categories list, or make the categories list font a bit bigger, and the archives font a bit smaller. I swear to God I’ve looked over everything but I CANNOT get it to do anything-_- I’m just an idiot at this stuff ._. http://baralai.net

    Put this at the very bottom of your css. The very bottom !
    li {
    list-style: none;
    }

    Tables……it’s not the css causing the issues, it’s the tables.

    Do you know how I can fix it? ;_;

    Ah, well, they have no bullets now, they’re just the wrong sizes and still indented from the left >> But I guess it’s a start.. anyone else can help? XD

    You have some very complex things going on there, including spans. I noticed that your links weren’t actually li elements, so using
    li {
    list-style-none;}

    in your CSS won’t help you.
    You can do yourself a HUGE favour by simplifying your site and using DIVs and such rather without the tables. Sure, tables have their legitimate place, but you have a huge job on your hands maintaining this site.
    Also, you can assign font styles using CSS and therefore take them out of your source file.
    http://www.w3schools.com/ is a good place to get a primer on CSS.

    I just did a screen grab of the site…used the “Outline Deprecated Elements” tool in the Webdeveloper extension for Firefox. This shows some of the complexity of what’s going on.
