    We have “send chat transcripts” to admin enabled but the transcripts do not send to any agents who have lower than wordpress Administrator access. We require chat transcripts to be sent to all agents with Shop Manager user roles too. Is there a code snippet that can help with this?

    EDIT: Also chat transcripts emailed to the admin are of completely different conversations. It is not sending the correct transcript.

    Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time.

    We are aware of a few bugs within the transcripts functionality such as the issues with mail delivery and styling inconsistencies.

    We are in the process of preparing a new version 8.0.35 which should resolve both these issues permanently.

    We anticipate this update will become available within the next week or so to all users as we are in the final testing phase of development.
