# AgentPress – StartUp problem

 * I just bought AgentPress and have it installed.
 * Following the instruction, I have to add plugin ‘dsIDXpress’ and activate it.
   Then, I got this error message:
    “In order to use the plugin, you need to add
   your activation key to the dsIDXpress activation area”
 * What do I have to do next – sign up a paid account with dsIDXpress?
    What is 
   the support of this pluggin?
 * I started adding a few taxonomies and 1 listing. The Preview looks nothing like
   what I saw on the Agentpress demo (when there are 3 columns of listings)
    I read
   that I have to import a xml file (agentpress.xml) but when I tried to import 
   agentpress.xml, it said: “Upload the data file (.json) from your computer and
   we’ll import your settings” I cannot find any .json file … I am lost
 * Plse help me. How can I have the pre-set theme format as depicted in the Agentpress
   demo in the easiest way?

   since you did purchase from them.
 * These forums does not provide support for commercial themes.
