 * When logged in, the agent removal text reads “Are you sure you want to leave 
   agent account and comeback normal account?”. How can I correct this to read “
   Are you sure you want to leave agent account and come back to a normal account?”

 * To change text only, you can use Loco Translate plugin, that is quite easy.
