# Agent: Not using redirection

 * I’ve been working good so far with redirection plug-in (I installed it yesterday).
   
   I have 6-7 redirections and now none of them are working.
 * I have deactivated all cache plugins (wp super cache and cloudflare).
 * When trying to go to [https://inmobiliarialookandfindtorrelavega.es/propiedades](https://inmobiliarialookandfindtorrelavega.es/propiedades).
   that has a redirection to [https://inmobiliarialookandfindtorrelavega.es/inmuebles](https://inmobiliarialookandfindtorrelavega.es/inmuebles),
   I get a BLANK PAGE, same case for the rest of the redirections.
 * When checking the status of the redirection in the plug-in, I get this
    [https://ibb.co/z4BcTbp](https://ibb.co/z4BcTbp)
 * The redirection is set like this:
    [https://ibb.co/p6HSz74](https://ibb.co/p6HSz74)
 * Group “a” is a “wordpress module”

 * That URL still seems to be cached with Cloudflare. Redirection is not causing
   the page to be blank, and that kind of suggests an error is occurring. If you
   have access to your error log you may find some information there.

 * I have disabled cloudflare now, still same problem.

 * Getting a 403 for what? Have you created a 403 error in the plugin? If so, then
   yes. If not, then no.

 * Ok, no that’s not something the plugin can affect. If you see that in the error
   log it means your server is returning a 403 error for some reason, and cannot
   find the file required to display the error. This probably explains the blank
   page.
