# Agent Login

 * I have created a support agent and I am the support supervisor. When I login 
   to WP as the agent, I see nothing but a blank screen. Where or what is the agent
   supposed to see? How can they access the tickets that are assigned to them?
    
   I do have Woocommerce installed…and I read somewhere that if Woo is installed
   that it takes the agent to a my account profile page…if this is the case, then
   the profile is blank. I am using the paid pro version of this plugin. Please 
   any help would be appreciated.

 * Please make a page and name it whatever you want (e.g. Support), then place [
   wp_support_plus] and save. Now you have a page where the user can see all old
   tickets, reply to existing one or create new ticket.
 *  Where or what is the agent supposed to see?
 * Agent will see the tickets on above created page itself on below conditions:
    - tickets assigned to him
    - tickets assigned to none
    - tickets which are public
    - tickets created by him

 * Nikhil,
    All of your suggestions were already done and I can see tickets as the
   supervisor agent, but if I login as my agent, nothing is visible. Just a white
   screen appears. What should happen is as exactly as you stated…BUT it does not
   happen that way. Any suggestions or other pieces of advice?
