    thank you for your feedback,
    For Agent to take chats, Agents have to login to the dashboard to serve the chats.
    Are you referring the plugin as the widget? If so, we will take in the feedback and see if we have any future plans for this.

    Yes I was reffering the plugin widget.
    I think it wold be a great feature so that the agent could chat directly from the site.

    +1 As a support agent for several websites, I already am required to keep many windows open. Having to keep an additional window open to access dashboard and respond to chat inquries, just adds additional strain. Please add to your dev plan!!! 🙂
