    Nice plugin but I am concerned about two things:
    1. How I can add agent (select agent)?
    2. Has it option if agent (administrator) close tag Customer can not reopen ticket?

    Maybe third is: would be nice to add some list of tickets on wordpress backend.
    Notice: default css show dropdown arrows, would be nice to remove it.
