Age gate?

I am trying to find a plugin to age gate specific article categories.

Does anyone know an easy way to edit something like this:

To do that?

I just need a category in my site for M-rated games and need those articles to be age-gated sometimes.

Even simply having a shortcode to put in articles would work.
