Age Gate not working at all now :(

    Hi there,

    I have been working on Age Gate for about 3 days now and it is annoying the F out of me. I am using it with Divi, if that matters. I had it looking nice and woke up today and the entire format changed back to default, so I couldn’t find where the issue was so I set up a new install.

    I now can’t even get the Yes/No feature to work and I am going to lose my mind. Any thoughts?

    Hi @4eyesgroup,

    I think you’ve got some caching going on, if I go to https://redlocks.com/?v=12345, the I see the yes / no.

    If it’s a plugin, you should have an option somewhere in the admin to clear it. Alternatively if you’re on a managed host like WPEngine or cloudways, you’ll need to clear it in their control panel (or their plugins if available).
    Divi also has some kind of cache, but don’t think that’ll be it here.

    Annoyingly you’ll have to do that after every change if you’re setting it up on a live site. I’d turn it off if you’re able to while you tweak the settings.

    Hi Phil,

    You are a saint and a scholar, thank you. I have been making changes out the wazoo and seeing no changes, but that works perfectly. I have a WP Managed Hosting so clearing the cache on the WP side is not a huge issue.

    Seriously, you saved me so much time, thank you!
