Age Gate Does not appear to pop up although activated

    Installed Age Gate because you must be 21 or older to purchase the products we provide and I installed Age Gate and went through each tab and made it to what I would like. It is not popping up on the screen. I even had friends test out the website URL and it is not popping up for them either.

    Hi @beeyondhemp,

    It looks like it show’s on a product or shop page, e.g. https://www.gobeeyondhemp.com/shop/cbd-oil-17mg-cbd-1ml/

    If you have it set as “Selected content” and then restricted the shop, this would be the expected behaviour.

    If you’re on “All content”, then that’s odd. Could be another plugin or more likely the theme is overriding the template later than Age Gate is (Age Gate’s priority is 9999 though, but still plausible).

    Another possible thing could be cached content if you have a cache plugin, or on the server that would need to be cleared

    Might be worth switching to the Javascript version in the Advanced tab and seeing if that sorts it out?
