I realized it’s something related to the WordPress version.

It works properly with the 4.4.1 version, but not with 4.3 version.

Any idea about how to fix this? Without updating the WP version?

    Cheers!

    Hey there francescorossetto2016,

    How are you doing today?

I’ve checked your site and it appears that you’re using some other plugin there.

To be honest I’m not sure why would CSS changes not work on WP 4.3 and I’d be happy to take a look if you could add the popup and CSS code and link to that site where I can see it.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Hi Bojan,

thank you for your reply. I’m sorry but I had to use another plugin.

Since I tried WordPress PopUp with the same template but with two different versions of WP ( 4.4.1 and 4.3), I come to the conclusion that the problem is related with the version.

    Cheers!

    Hey again francescorossetto2016,

Fair enough, in case you change your mind and are willing to give PopUp another shot please let me know so we can try to figure this one out 🙂

    Have a great day!

    Cheers,
    Bojan
