AGAIN calendar tool tips are gone

    since update to version 5.9.11 yesterday all tool tips in the big fullcalendar are disappeared another time 🙁

    they have been gone first with an update last year – i could fix myself after some searching www with installing the plugin “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper”

    then the tooltips turned in a version with very small (unreadable) characters – i could fix that with help of a forum member adding some CSS

    now they are gone again – why and what to do to have them back?
    its an important function for me!

    Hello,

    From the looks of it, you have a pretty old version of EM Pro which is what’s causing the JS errors. Have you tried disabling Pro temporarily to see if that helps?

    WordPress has updated its jQuery library version to 3.5 which breaks a lot of older scripts, our latest versions should be up-to-date with this.

    thanks, marcus, in deed it is pro 2.6.4 and i’ve read in some newer version hints something from “…changing jquery…”

    now i am bit bit unsure: is it possible to disable pro without having any trouble if turning it on again later? 🙂

    It shouldn’t be a problem if you deactivate Pro for now and activate it at some point in the future, although you’d probably need to update it to become compatible with the latest WP jQuery updates.

    btw, not sure if it’s you or someone that looks very similar to you with a similar avatar 🙂 but if you’re on commenting on the Pro forums, open a new thread on there and we can debug this further for you, we aren’t allowed to ask for login info etc. on this forum.

    i had pro for a couple of years, then stopped – if i could know, that my problem will be solved, i’ll buy the newest version for sure!

    Actually, I meant someone commenting on the Pro forums today, turns out it’s not you, but a striking resemblance (at least looking at the small avatars)!

    I can guarantee that it will be in your case, if not, let me know and I’ll make sure it is personally 🙂

    ok, i renew my license – its working now, but with the small characters.

    somebody gave me a hint to that and i put in some css described here:

    first it works, now not anymore.
    what to do? …or ask again in the pro forum?

    feel free to ask on the pro forums, however currently we’re working on changing our tips add-on to a different method, so it may fix itself in the next upcoming updates (in a few days). I would suggest waiting for that and if not we’d be happy to help you sort this out.
