Afther update still problem with watermark

    Hello NextGEN Gallery,

    i still have a problem i now have a watermark off png! 156×106. if i upload a new 1 that is 258×168 png!
    then the NextGEN Gallery will dissapeer from my admin options so i cant go in there!

    what can this be ?
    having the problem for 3 weeks now 🙁
    even on a fresh install it will not work.
    i hope you can help me out here.
    i can make a clone off it so you can look and see for you self.

    but i will not give log in on the site then you need to email me pleasz.

    even when i dont do any thing to the image it will do this !!!
    when i press save !

    @ropin – Watermark images are not generally uploaded directly into NextGEN Gallery (it’s possible just not commonly done), but even so the act of uploading an image no matter its use should not be causing the problems you are describing.

    @photocrati – hello yes i all did that.
    i did it now agen but still no steps up.
    still its desepeers.
    it then only comes back when delete and reinstall or the backup reset back.
    so im with my hands in my hair.

    i really dont know how to use it now

    i cant watermark the iamages now for a nice watermark.
    because its to small now.

    it works fine first and now its not going good with the mark.

    hope you can help me out.

    @ropin – Do you have a link to your site? There could be something in the page source that offers some additional clues to the problem on your site.
