I understand you enabled Afterpay in your Square dashboard and want to offer this service to your customers.
I did find the doc for configuring the WC Afterpay plugin which requires a Merchant ID and secret key. The doc says this would have been sent in email, but I received no email when enabling Afterpay on my Square acct.
Can you point us to these docs so we can take a look? Also, do you mind sharing a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
I’m not sure if you already have it installed, but it’s worth noting that, in the WooCommerce.com marketplace, you can find the official Afterpay free extension: https://woocommerce.com/document/afterpay/.

Yes I did finally install the Woocommerce Afterpay Plugin and signed up as a merchant on the Afterpay Merchant site. I filled out the required info including bank acct info. Soon after I was emailed a merchant ID and secret key. So I believe that the plugin talks to the Afterpay API, which talks directly to my bank via EFT. Correct? This all makes sense to me now. Since Square purchased Afterpay that all this would be handled through my Square account, but I was confused.
However I now have a different issue. For reasons I dont quite understand, I could not log back into my Afterpay merchant account. Afterpay merchant support was able to allow me to log in, but in the process I discovered that my merchant ID had been changed. I contacted Afterpay support asking if I need to re-enter this new ID and also would I need a new secret key since my merchant ID had been changed. I am now going back and forth with Afterpay support, trying to get a clear answer. Here’s the latest email thread.
