After Upgrading WordPress Odd New Month in Archives

First off thanks for a great piece of software. Been using it for years and absolutley love it.

Really odd occurance happened when upgrading WordPress. In this picture here you can see I have a new month listed in my archives on the sidebar and archive page. This happened after doing an upgrade. Does anyone have any experiences with this happening? Also is there a way to just remove an extra like that from the database and if so what is the name of the wp_ entry in the database I should be looking for?

Perhaps this can’t be fixed and if not where can I take care of this problem?
