[Resolved] After upgrading to WordPress Version 3.8, Yop Polls is inaccessible.

  • After upgrading to WordPress Version 3.8, Yop Polls (Version 4.7) is inaccessible.

The Yop Polls menu does not show up in the left hand Admin Menu on the WordPress Dashboard.

When trying to reach the page manually, I receive this error message: “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

If anyone has a fix for this, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Cryptic Games,

Please tell us if you use Multisite.

mortydot, YOP Poll will not be displayed in the Multisite menu. You have to click on My Site then on one of the sites and you will be able to see the YOP Poll icon.

Based on the test we ran so far, our plugin works properly on WordPress 3.8

If you have any other issues please let us know.

    Best wishes,

    YOP Team

    YOP Team,

Sorry, we figured out that the problem was W3 Total Cache, which we have now disabled. It seems as if they cannot work in tandem.

If anyone has a fix for this issue with W3 Total Cache, it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, we were not using Multisite.

    Thank you,

    Cryptic Games

It is possible to use YOP Poll and W3 Total Cache together? How to configure?
