With 1.3.5.4 averything OK.
After upgrading to 1.3.5.5.1 some of files listed in mfile are not permited to send (txt, xlsx, …, eps … – invalid file type error), some work without problem (png, jpg, pdf, …) – didn’t test all.
Site is not published yet – I work on it localy.
If it is necessary for you, I can publish it and send you link.

Yes, I tested upload on your demo page and worked OK – everything as I said on previous message.
With staging we have a little problem.
As I am a novice in WP I realy don’t know what staging is and how it works.
Can you give me a short instruction how to enable it or send me a link where to learn about it.

Since you are working on the local, maybe this is a cache issue. Please try clearing your browser cache / plugin cache then try incognito browser. (not the version issue)
I can help you to set up a staging just let me know if you already have a hosting provider.
I’ve tested with all your sugestions before contacting you, so I don’t think that is a problem.
I have a hosting provider – I only work local in reason not to have establish connection to server and speed up my work and make it more independent.

Currently it’s hard to solve this issue because you are working on your local.
And I cannot replicate this issue on actual server.
